It’s been a long time coming and now it’s back: the new 2020 Toyota GR Supra will return to Montreal this summer at your Spinelli Toyota Lachine and Spinelli Toyota Pointe-Claire dealerships! The Toyota Supra 2020 will be making its long-awaited comeback after a 2-decade absence and it will be the very first Toyota vehicle to hold the GR monicker; this promises to be good! Offered at a base price of only $64 900, the GR Supra is more affordable than its rivals and offers a host of features and characteristics that you can’t help but appreciate! Among these, we see the 12-speaker 425W JBL sound system, an 8.8-inch touchscreen, autonomous Apple CarPlay, entirely digital instrument panel, Heads Up Display (HUD) and even more. As for safety features, you will have gadgets such as forward collision alert with pedestrian detection, road sign recognition, adaptive cruise control and backup parking sensors, among others.
But what really makes all the difference for the 2020 Supra is without a doubt its powerful 3.0 L inline with 6 cylinders that generate 335 horsepower and 365 ft-lb of torque, allowing you to destroy the 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) in only 4.1 seconds! You’ll appreciate its nimble driving, lower centre of gravity and even its Sport mode that will increase the adrenaline rush even more!
Its design is reminiscent of the 4th generation, manufactured between 1993 and 2002, while still giving a nod to the 1967 Toyota 2000 with its double bubble roof design. You’ll also notice that it has 6-lens LED headlights and ring-shaped tail lights as well as an elongated trunk.
