This is truly a great year for Groupe Spinelli: In addition to celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2012, the company has now entered the prestigious select club of top employers in the country, finishing in 12th place in the ranking of the 50 Best Employers in Canada. This puts Groupe Spinelli in the same company as major international law firms and multinational companies such as Cisco and McDonald's restaurants.

A Credible National and International Ranking

AON Hewitt is a leading human resources consulting firm with strong representation in 90 countries. Each year, it conducts a survey to identify the organizations with the highest levels of employee mobilization. This survey measures the solidarity of members of personnel, individual loyalty and, to a large extent, pride and sense of belonging in the company for which they work. The 2012 survey is the 14th of its kind, and some 190,000 employees of 280 Canadian employers took part in it by responding to a poll based on proven scientific methods.
