Agreement
1. I authorize Team Spinelli, its representatives, its executors or its agents to communicate with my former employers or other references that I have supplied and to investigate any information relative to my candidacy in order to obtain information on: the date of jobs, the possibility of rehiring, the jobs occupied, the punctuality, the salary, general performance at work, the validity of the driver's license, the reason of departure and all other information related to the job.

3. This agreement is valid during the investigation relative to my candidacy and if hired, for the duration of my employment with Team Spinelli.
4. I hereby authorize this dealership to obtain or give references regarding myself with the exception of the above mentioned present employer and to conduct investigations necessary to obtain pertinent personal, financial and criminal history.
5. I understand that my employment is subject to satisfactory references and to a six month probationary period commencing with the first day of my employment and during which Team Spinelli may terminate my employment with or without cause as Team Spinelli may determine in its entire discretion, the whole without prior notice or compensation.
